By downloading, installing, or using any NexaAI applications including AI Photos Cleaner and Little Story Box ("the App," "our Apps," or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access or use our Service.
2. Description of Services
AI Photos Cleaner is a mobile application that provides:
- AI-powered duplicate photo detection and removal
- Smart photo organization and categorization
- Local photo processing and analysis
- Storage optimization tools
- Photo library management features
Little Story Box is a mobile application that provides:
- Personalized children's stories with your child as the hero
- Professional narration and beautiful illustrations
- Free tier with 10 stories and premium subscription with 100+ stories
- Offline downloads for premium members
- Safe, ad-free environment for children
3. User Accounts and Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Content Processing and Responsibility
AI Photos Cleaner: All photo analysis occurs locally on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit your photos. You are solely responsible for the content you process through the App.
Little Story Box: Personalization data is stored locally on your device. We provide pre-written stories that are appropriate for children ages 3-8. Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the app.
Prohibited Content: You may not use the Services to process, store, or create illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
Our Service may offer premium features through subscription plans:
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's settings
- Refunds: Refunds are processed according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
